The platform and its original content are and will remain the exclusive property of BizBuy.ie. Users retain rights to their own content but grant us a license to use it on the platform.

We may terminate or suspend accounts immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the platform.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
